About this Event

Mrs. Jena Kyle Wynne
Why is Estate Planning important? While no one wants to think about death, Estate Planning involves determining who will inherit your assets upon your death outside of what the law provides for. A well-drafted Last Will and Testament will state who inherits your assets upon your death and can help avoid conflicts and fights between heirs after your death. When heirs are minors or young adults, you may not want the heir to immediately inherit your assets upon death. A Trust can prevent an heir, especially a minor child, from squandering the assets left to the heir because a Trust provides what your assets can be used for after death and when an heir will ultimately inherit your assets after your death. For more information on why Estate Planning is important, what a well-drafted Last Will and Testament is, and whether a Trust is right for you, sign-up for the free webinar.
