The Lafayette Women's Chamber of Commerce is the proud sponsor of the 2nd Annual Lafayette Women’s Chamber of Commerce Cajun Market in conjunction with the Cajun Heartland State Fair. The Cajun Market will be held on the last Saturday of the Cajun Heartland State Fair, June 4, 2022, from 10 am to 6 pm.
We are looking for Vendors for our Cajun Market. If you have a product or service to sell, the Cajun Market is the place to be! Our booths will be inside the Convention Center in Air Conditioning so we will stay cool on this hot day in June! There are limited booth spaces available (only 75) and at just $250 per 10' x 10' booth, it comes with pipe, drape, 1 table and 1 chair it's a great bargain!
There will be TV, Radio, and Print advertising to promote the Cajun Market as well as extensive social media exposure. The amount of exposure will be tremendous!
Admission to the Cajun Market is Free. We will have family-friendly entertainment and performances and concessions. We will have extensive directional signage on the Convention Center to encourage people at the fair to come into the Cajun Market and the performers are all children ages 4th grade to 21 years old. Many of the performers last year had been on American Idol, the Voice, and other top competition shows. This event last year brought in a great crowd with their families as well as friends and families adding to the additional people from the fair.
We are thrilled with the amount of interest already from renewals from last year so do not wait! Your booth will not be guaranteed until it is paid for. You may purchase electricity and other extras directly from the Cajun Dome. Those forms and additional information will be provided to you after your booth has been approved and paid for.
